Tenancy Defit for Brio Property Group
This project involved a complete defit of the Win TV studios and offices in Maroochydore. This included 3 large news studio rooms, multiple audio booths, equipment rooms and offices. The demolition works involved a complete strip out of the entire building including removal of the walls, ceilings and flooring.
All of the studios and booths were built with thick sound check gyprock and a lot ouf sound proofing insulation. A tricky job with a lot of waste to take out.
