P Block Refurbishment for inSite Construction Services
This project involved a complete refurbishment of the P Block building at Immanuel Lutheran College. A three storey building with 4 classrooms on the top level, a performing arts hall on level 1 and an amenities block on the bottom level.
The demolition involved a complete strip out of the entire building and removal of the roof, awnings, garden beds and pathways. Penetrations were also cut through the slab and walls for new services.
This site had tricky access and was completed during school hours. The team had a lot of challenges on this one, but pulled through to get it done ahead of schedule.
