Defit of the existing tenancy for Elite Fitout
This project required the full strip-out of the internal tenancies back to structure. We made a penetration through the suspended slab for a new lift, which included excavating the slab and fill in the basement level. The outer skin of the brick facade was failing, and required the installation of bracing to allow for a safe and methodical removal. Another great job done by the AZCO Demolition team.
